The VeSBUD research team participated in the 1st Scientific Conference on Spatial Planning and Development: Challenges and Prospects organized by the School of Spatial Planning and Development, AUTh in Thessaloniki, Greece from June 17 to 18, 2024.

Our researcher Stratos Nalmpantis presented the scientific work entitled “Social Innovation and Social and Solidarity Economy Networks: The Case of the Karditsa Cooperation Ecosystem as a Driver of Local Development,” co-authored with G. Gritzas and Ath. Kalogeresis. Stratos presented preliminary findings from the research taking place in the case of the city of Karditsa within the framework of the VeSBUD project.
